Arshad Nadeem – Javelin Throwing

Arshad Nadeem broke the South Asian Games’ Javelin throw record in 2019 with his unbelievable 86.29m throw and not only won the gold medal for his country but also qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Hajra Khan – Football

Hajra Khan had a record-filled year 2019 as the Captain of Pakistan’s national football team set three new Guinness worthy world records.

Khan represented Pakistan in the world’s longest-ever football play (69 hours) organized by the Equal Playing Field (EPF), a non-profit working for women’s inclusion in sports.

She also holds the records of playing a football match at the lowest altitude at the Dead Sea in Jordan and for participating in the longest-ever football match that lasted for 3.5 hours.

Inam Butt – Wrestling

Inam Butt won the gold medal in 2019 World Beach Games held in Qatar. He remained unbeaten throughout the championship in the 90kg category.

Butt had also previously won gold medals for Pakistan in the 2018 Commonwealth championship and 2018 World Beach Wrestling Championship and was awarded Pride of Performance Award by the Government of Pakistan in 2019.
