Pakistan qualified from Zone E, to play in the FIP World Polo Championship to be held in USA from 26th October till 6th November 2022.
Pakistan team defeated India by 4 goals, 7-3 in the second Zone E playoff match at the East Rand Polo Club in Johannesburg. In the First Playoff Match Pakistan beat Indian team 5-4.
