Breaking – Cricket Pakistan: Squad Announced for World Cup 2019

LAHORE: Pakistan’s squad for World Cup 2019 was announced from the 23 players chosen for the fitness test held on 15th and 16th April.

According to the ICC regulations, by 30th April all teams have to submit the names of the final 15-player of the World Cup squads. By 22nd May changes can be made without requiring the approval of ICC. However, after 23rd May, all changes in the squad will have to be approved by the ICC – Event Technical Committee.

  • May 24 – vs Afghanistan – Warm-up, Bristol
  • May 26 – vs Bangladesh – Warm-up, Cardiff
  • May 31 – vs West Indies, Trent Bridge – First Match
  • June 03 – vs England, Trent Bridge
  • June 07 – vs Sri Lanka, Bristol
  • June 12 – vs Australia, Taunton
  • June 16 – vs India, Old Trafford
  • June 23 – vs South Africa, Lord’s
  • June 26 – vs New Zealand, Edgbaston
  • June 29 – vs Afghanistan, Headingley
