Many of us are eating ourselves to disease, disorder and death just because some point in our lives we could not have the rich food or sweets we wanted to have. Similarly many of us are trading our several best and healthy years of our lives for promotions or money because some point in our lives we did not enjoy the status or had money we wanted to have.
Our stresses not only cause us diabetes, hypertension, obesity, heart diseases but also ill healths such as arthritis, depression, and anxiety disorders. Not only it causes small troubles such as tooth decay but also serious issues as cancers. Plato said that “the greatest mistake physicians make is that they attempt to cure the body without attempting to cure the mind. Yet the mind and body are one and should not be treated separately”. According to Dr F G Gober of Santa Fe Hospital Association, 70% of all patients who come to physician could cure themselves if they only get rid of their fears and worries.

Is worrying worth it? Of course, No.
How to avoid worrying or anxieties?
1. Rather than fearing it, accept the worse (outcome) as long as it does not get you killed instantly or send you to jail. Because you can handle any outcome other than that which would kill you instantly or send you to jail, immediately. So no need to constantly think about 99% of your problems.
2. During stressful times, take whatever actions you need to take for each day and get busy into other works. Don’t constantly think about the actions to be taken the next day. Don’t leave your mind idle, even for 5 minutes. Keep it busy, constantly in other activities.
3. Sleep and entertain yourself as much as you can. Your life deserves/needs it.
