Martial Arts

The word Martial arts is derived from the Roman God of War - Mars. Mostly associated with the art of East Asian fighting it involves unarmed usage of strikes through hands, legs, feet and grappling through gripping and seizing ones opponent. There are many types of styles and schools such as Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, etc. However, all of them have moreover the same basic technique and purpose.
