HYDERABAD: On the fifth day two more matches were played. The results of which were as appended below:

After today’s matches the team wise points are follows:

  • KPK and Punjab have 9 points
  • Balochistan and Sindh have 6 points.

On 29th December, the last two league matches will be played between Balochistan vs Sindh and Punjab vs KPK.

Two top teams on points table after the matches on 29th December will qualify for the final.

The Day- 5 results:

Match-9: Punjab vs Balochistan

Venue: Niaz Stadium Hyderabad

Balochistan won the toss and asked Punjab to bat first.  Match was reduced to 18 overs a side. Punjab set 188 runs on the board for the loss of 5 wickets in 18 overs. Nisar Ali was the leading scorer with 74 runs and Riasat Khan made 58 runs. Shahzaib and Badar Munir claimed a wicket a piece.

Balochistan in reply was bowled out on 167 runs on the last ball of 18th over. Badar Munir got out after scoring 38 runs and Muhammad Akram made 33 runs. Mohsin Khan was the pick amongst the bowlers, he took 3 wickets and Idrees Saleem claimed 2 wickets.

Result: Punjab won by 21 runs

3rd Pakistan Blind Cricket Super League 2018: Day – 4

Match -10: Sindh vs KPK

KPK won the toss and decided to bowl first. Sindh made 214 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Sanaullah remained unbeaten on 108 runs off 68 balls. Muhammad Ali took 2 wickets.

KPK in reply managed to score 156 for all out in 17.3 overs. Abdul Manan was their best batsman with 46 runs. Haroon Khan took 2 wickets.

Result: Sindh won by 58 runs
