The 9th Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan National Ranking Tennis Championships 2023 concluded at the PTF-SDA Tennis Complex, Islamabad. The Mens Singles Final 2023 champion was Aqeel Khan for second year in a row.

This is annual event held in memory of the late Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan, mother of the President-Pakistan Tennis Federation, Mr. Salim Saifullah Khan.

Mens Singles Final: 

Aqeel Khan beat Muhammad Shoaib 6-2, 6-3

Boys Single 14 & Final: 

Abdul Basit beat M. Hassan Usmani 5-7,6-1,6-1

Boys/Girls Singles 12& under Final: 

Shayan Afridi beat Rashid Ali Bacahani 4-0, 4-2
