ITF Pakistan World Jr. Ranking Tennis C’ship 2019: 16 Countries & 41 Locals Sign-In
ISLAMABAD: The Sign-in process was completed for the ITF Pakistan World Junior Ranking Tennis Championship 2019. The formal opening ceremony will be held at S. Dilawar Abbas PTF Tennis Complex, Islamabad at 11:30 AM on Monday, 18th February, whereas the matches will be start at 10:00 AM.
The prestigious International ITF recognized event is being held in Pakistan for 2nd year in a row.
The Sign-in details area as follows:
International players from 16 Countries are Chinese Taipei, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Korea, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, USA and Pakistan reached Islamabad and personally signed-in with Supervisor / Referee of the Tournament for their participation in Syed Tajammul Abbas ITF Pakistan World Junior Ranking Tennis Championships at S.Dilawar Abbas PTF Tennis Complex, Islamabad.
ITF Pakistan World Jr. Ranking Tennis C’ship 2019: Boy’s Qualifying Round
In the boy’s event 22 players signed-in whereas two players entered as special exemption, three players received wild card entry and 4 players entered as qualifier after winning their matches in the qualifying round and one player entered as lucky loser. A draw of 32 of Boys & Girls singles were made by Mr. Muhammad Arif Qureshi after the closing time of 6:00 PM. As per international ranking Huzafia Abdul Rehman (PAK) is top Seed in the event as per ITF ranking 547 in the world whereas M.Nauman Aftab (PAK) is 2nd seed ITF Ranking 808. Other seeds are (3) Saqib Hayat (PAK), (4) Enc, Berk Ulas (TUR), (5) Shoaib Khan (PAK), (6) Qabazard Essa (KUW), (7) Alshati Ali (KUW), (8) Alabdullah Bader(KUW).
In the Girls event 19 players reported for signed-in with Referee. Eight Seeds are (1) Toglukdemir Mina (TUR), (2) Alioussef Rosaleen (RUS), (3) Mert Aysegul (TUR), (4) Acena Bea Francesca (PHI), (5) Acena Renee Marie (PHI), (6) Asim Zoha (PAK), (7) Kurera Anjalika (SRI), (8) Lin Li Hsin (TPE).
