• Villarreal: Nicola Sansone 54’

Highlights:

• Barcelona did not look in a mood to lose a single match in this La Liga as the dominated in this match against Villarreal.
• Surprisingly, Villarreal had kept the possession even in the first half but it did not stop Barcelona to score goals.
• After two goals were scored in the 11^th and 16^th minute, Villareal now needed to score or else Barcelona would run away with the match.
• However, before Villarreal could think of something, Lionel Messi struck at the 45^th minute as Barcelona ensured a dominant lead on their opponents.
• Signs of improvement were shown by Villarreal in the 2^nd half as Nicola Sansone struck at the 54^th minute to open the scoring line for his team.
• But, this was the only good moment for Villareal as after that Barcelona struck two late goals in the match to take the lead to 5-1.
• It was Ousmane Dembele who struck at the 87^th and 93^rd minute of the match to make this match a big win for Barcelona.
• After this win, Barcelona still remain unbeaten in La Liga 2018.
