The 4th South Asian Wushu Championship 2018, opened at the International Sports Gymnasium, Lahore. The Day 1 events were mainly related to Female classification, which besides the host country females also includes participation form Iran and Afghanistan.

- Silver – Parisa, Pakistan White
- Bronze – Marzia, Afghanistan
- Bronze – Rabia, Iran
52 KG Category
- Gold – Madhumala, Sri Lanka
- Silver – Shabana, Pakistan Green
- Bronze – Sobia, Pakistan White
- Bronze – Khalida, Iran
