The legendary cricketer Saeed Anwar celebrated his 52nd birthday on Sunday 6th September 2020.

Saeed was born in 1968 in Karachi and had played international cricket for Pakistan during 1989-2003. He performed as batsman, bowler and captain.

He scored 4052 runs in 55 Tests during 1990-2001 and 8824 runs in ODIs One Day Internationals during 1989-2003.

Saeed Anwar as batsman had scored 20 centuries in ODIs which is still a record for any Pakistani batsman.

Saeed Anwar as bowler claimed 6 ODI wickets with his first wicket being that of Tom Moody in 3-nation series match against Australia during 1990.

The cricket community through our the world paid tribute to him today. The cricket governing body PCB Pakistan Cricket Board paid tribute to Saeed Anwar by tweeting his Test match performance against Australia.

Some global media groups re-telecasted his brilliant performance in different matches.
