Eight Teams contested the Weekly Sunday Team Event held at the Aslam Bridge Hall on 21st May.
The strong combination of team Masood comprising of Shahin Iqbal , Masood Mazhar, Hamid Mohiuddin and Ghufran Ashraf had an easy cake walk beating all others in the 12 Board Four Rounds out of which 3 victories were over 18 VPs to secure them the First Position aggregating 68.66. Team Bilal with Gulzar and Farukh and Muqeet and Suri were Runners up having lost only to Masood to net a score of 56.61 Third in line was Team Rubina with Rubina Hai, Ali Hai, Muhammad Rafique, Shakeel Chandna & Javed Mansoor at a score of 40.06.
KBA is holding the Tuesday Pairs on 23 May at 6p.m. sharp.

The KBA Management in order to promote bridge especially among the young Pakistanis organizes weekly events in venues which include Karachi Gymkhana, Karachi Club, Defence Club or Golf Club or at Aslam Hall.

 Besides the weekly events, annually there are two major Pairs & Teams events each at Karachi Club and Karachi Gymkhana. In addition, KBA also conducts a couple of preliminary Open Trials for selecting a team for international participation and Finals of All Pakistan National Trials under Pakistan Bridge Federation.
