The electrifying final match was won by Newage Cables by edging past FG/Din Polo to win 7-6. Raja Samiullah (4 goals), Adnan Jaleel Azam, Alman Jaleel Azam, and Jade Wheeler (1 goal each) contributed to Newage Cables’ victory. FG/Din Polo’s Raja Mikael Sami scored 4 goals, while Raffay Shaikh and Abbas Mukhtar added 1 goal each.

The chief guest, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, along with various ambassadors and Lahore Polo Club President Malik Azam Hayat Noon, diatributed the prizes. The ambassadors included: Jane Marriott (UK), Alexandra Berg von Linde (Sweden), Manuel Durán (Spain), Leslie Scanlon (Canada) and Dr. Riina Kionka (European Union).
Pakistan-Polo in Pink 2021: All Set For Electrifying Final
Lahore: The final of the Lahore Smart City Polo in Pink between Newage Cables and FG/Din Polo will take place on Sunday, 27th October, 2024. Â
Before the final, a subsidiary match will be played between Diamond Paints and Total Nutrition. Following the subsidiary final, a Riding School show will commence at 1:30 PM, followed by a horse show. Tent pegging contests are scheduled for 2:00 PM, with a heavy bike parade at 2:30 PM, a vintage car parade at 2:45 PM, and the main final kicking off at 3:00 PM.
On Saturday, a women’s exhibition match was held, in which Lahore Smart City Pink defeated Lahore Smart City Yellow with a score of 10-3. The guest of honor for the match was Mrs. Samina Arif Alvi, wife of the former President of Pakistan. The Mexican sisters, Emelia Garibay and Paula Garibay, displayed remarkable skills for the Pink team, with Emelia scoring three goals and Paula two.
Other players Chloe Victoria, Chiara Bassetti, and Rabel Nauman scored one goal each. For the Yellow team, Charlotte Sweeney hammered all three goals.
Pakistan-Polo in Pink 2021: Day 4 | Stage Set For Electrifying Finals
Lahore – The fourth day of the Lahore Smart City Polo in Pink tournament witnessed heart-stopping action, as four teams clashed in two semi-finals and two additional matches. Navage Cables and FG/Din Polo emerged victorious, securing their spots in the main finals, while Total Nutrition and Diamond Paints qualified for the subsidiary finals.
Semi-Final 1: Naviage Cables Edge Master Paints/Sheikho Steel
In a nail-biting contest, Naviage Cables outmaneuvered Master Paints/Sheikho Steel 6-5. Raja Samiullah stole the show with four impressive goals, supported by Ulman Jalil Azam and Jade Weller, who scored one goal each. Master Paints/Sheikho Steel’s Raja Taimur Nadeem and Sufi Mohammad Haroon scored two goals each, while Usman Aziz Anwar added one.
Semi-Final 2: FG/Din Polo Dominates Guard Group/Zaki Farms
FG/Din Polo asserted their dominance with a resounding 12-7.5 victory over Guard Group/Zaki Farms. Raja Mikail Sami led the charge with five goals, followed by Sheikh Mohammad Rafi’s four goals and Mian Abbas Mukhtar’s two. Guard Group/Zaki Farms’ Shah Kublai scored three goals, while Taimur Ali Malik and Ahmed Bilal Riaz contributed one each.

Total Nutrition triumphed 8-4 against Security 2000 in a fiercely contested match. Saqib Khakwani’s five-goal spree propelled Total Nutrition to victory, aided by Isha Hai’s two goals and Usman Hai’s single. Muhammad Ali fought valiantly for Security 2000, scoring all four goals.
Diamond Paints Edges Lahore Smart City
In the day’s final thriller, Diamond Paints narrowly defeated Lahore Smart City 7-6. Jalal Arsalan and Mir Huzaifa Ahmed shared the spotlight with three goals each, while Natasha added one. Polo in Pink 2021: Day 3 | Smart City & Guard/Zacky Teams Qualify For Semifinals
Lahore: Lahore Smart City and Guard Group/Zacky Farms qualified for the semifinals of Lahore Smart City Polo in Pink Tournament at the Lahore Polo Club.
On Friday; October 25, 2024, the semifinals along with two other matches will be played at the Lahore Polo Club ground.
In the first match, Lahore Smart City defeated Team One Degree by 11-5 ½. For Lahore Smart City, Agha Musa Ali Khan fired in four goals, Bilal Hai converted three, and Farooq Amin Sufi and Sallie Cactus scored two goals each. For One Degree, having an additional one and a half goal handicap advantage, Paula Garibay and Adil Rao struck two goals each .
The second match of the day saw FG/Din Polo defeated SQ Seag old by 9-4 to qualify for the semifinals. Raja Mikail Sami hammered five goals, and Mian Abbas Mukhtar and Rafiq Sheikh s lamed in two goals each for FG/Din Polo. For SQ Seagold , Charlotte Sweeney scored two goals, while Taimoor Muazz and Chaudhary Hayat each hit one goal.
In the third match, Diamond Paints thrashed Black Horse Paints 8-1 ½. Raja Jalal Arsalan and Mir Huza Ahmed scored three goals each , while Mir Shoaib Ahmed and Natas scored one goal each for Diamond Paints. Black Horse Paints’ only goal was scored by Chloe Victoria.
The day’s fourth and last match was won by Guard Group/Zacky Farms, who defeated Platinum Homes by a narrow margin of 6.5 ½ to qualify for the semifinals. Taimur Ali Malik hammered three goals, Shah Qubilai Alams truck two, and Ahmed Bilal Riaz one goal for Guard Group/Zacky Farms. For Platinum Homes, Lt Col (R) Omer Minhas converted two goals, while Bilal Noon and Emilia scored one goal each.
