As per the information received few minutes ago by allsportspk – Rest of the 5 Members have successfully reached the Nanga Parbat peak.
The Summiteer’s who achieved this success are:
– Mr. Chhiji, Nepal
– Mrs. Luo Jing, China
– Mrs. Naoko, Japan
– Mr. Sherpa, Nepal
– Mr. Kim Hongbin, Korea
– Mr. Lakpa, Nepal
– Mr. Pemba, Nepal
– Mr. Pechambe, Nepal
Nanga Parbat “Killer Mountain”: Expedition to attempt peak, despite 2 members still not found.
According to Mr. Iqbal of Summit Karakoram the expedition organizers:
– “8 members of the expedition have successfully reached the peak and are now on the way back.”
– He elaborated that “due to bad climate there was no contact with the climbers and short time ago the ‘success’ news had reached him in Gilgit.”
Rest of the expedition members are now attempting the climb.
