He cycled 170 km from Grenoble to Meribel Col De La Loze in 4 hours 49 minutes and 8 seconds for Team Astana.

The 175 km stage 18 of Tour de France 2020 will be from Meribel to La Roche-Sur-Foron on 17th September.

The Runner up was 30 years old Primož Roglič of Slovenia representing Team Jumbo-Visma with race time of 4 hours 49 minutes and 23 seconds.

The Slovenian cyclist Tadej Pogačar of 21 years age won the 3rd position for the UAE Team Emirates after cycling the distance in 4 hours 49 minutes and 38 seconds.
