ITIA-The International Tennis Integrity Agency confirmed that Colombian tennis player Carlos Andrés Sepúlveda Navarro has been banned for three years from 8th June 2021 to 8th June 2024.

The ban was imposed after Carlos admitted to multiple breaches of the rules of Tennis Anti-Corruption Program. Besides, the Colombian has also been fined US $10,000 with US $8,000 suspended.

As per record, the offences took place from 2015 till 2020 and Carlos Navarro, who was at the highest ATP singles ranking with 1579 points, has now prohibited from playing, coaching, and also attending any tennis event authorised or sanctioned by the governing tennis bodies.
