The ITIA-International Tennis Integrity Agency provisionally suspended the Algerian tennis player Mohamed Ali Abibsi. 

The 21 years old has been suspended pending the full consideration of TACP-Tennis Anti-Corruption Program charges. From 19 May 2023, Abibsi is prohibited to compete or even attend any tennis events sanctioned and/or organised by the governing bodies of tennis.

The decision which was granted under section F.3 of the 2023 TACP was appealed by Ali Abibsi, however, the appeal was dismissed by Ian Mill the Anti-Corruption Hearing Officer. 
 
According to the ITIA rules, any time a Provisional Suspension can be imposed on a Covered Person, including (i) before a Notice of Major Offense has been issued, (ii) before a Hearing or (iii) at any time after a Hearing but prior to the AHO’s issuance of a written Decision.
