ACB found him guilty of offences including “fixing or contriving in any way or otherwise influencing improperly, or being a party to any agreement or effort to fix.”

A player of Afghanistan National Team reported the corruption matters of Noor to the ACB, which after investigation took the decision. The cricketer had told ACB that Noor had approached him for spot fixing during Shpageeza Cricket League 2019 matches.

During Anti-Corruption Tribunal hearing Noor admitted the charges and agreed to the sanctions imposed by ACB.

Noor was serving for Kapisa Province as Domestic Assistant Coach and for Hampalana Private Academy as Full Time Coach.
