WWSE World Winter Sports Expo 2020 commenced in Beijing to show case preparations for Beijing Paralympics 2022.
The 5 day WWSE event is being held as part of China International Fair for Trade in Services 2020.
IOC International Olympics Committee President Thomas Bach said via video speech that holding of World Winter Sports Expo 2020 in Beijing sent strong message to sports community.
The expo also commemorates the 12 years anniversary of the commencement of Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games that started on 6th September 2008.
Tech-supported winter sports services are being show cased that will also be part of Beijing 2022. these services will facilitate China to engage 300 million people on ice and snow during the Beijing Paralympics Winter Games 2022 or simply Beijing 2022.
