ECB – England and Wales Cricket Board announced that due the coronavirus attack, all the cricket activities will remain further suspended until 1st July 2020.

As per ECB efforts attempts are being made to reschedule the international tour/match itinerary which falls during July – September 2020 period.

Mr. Tom Harrison CEO of ECB, stated that “the international matches strategy is to reschedule them as as late during 2020 season, so that there are best chances of playing. He elaborated, “Until it is safe to play there will be no cricket and English cricket activity will only proceed subject to government permission.

The international match schedule affected includes:

  • West Indies Test tour of England.
  • Women series against India.
  • Twenty20 Tournament
