Cycling – Vuelta a Espana ’18 Stage 5: Simon Clarke Wins
On Stage 5, Simon Clarke took triumph in Roquetas de Mar of the Vuelta an Espana as the breakaway rider won for the second day running. Clarke out-dashed Bauke Mollema and Alessandro De Marchi, who had assaulted from a sizeable breakaway with 60 kilometers remaining.
Rudy Molard, who completed in the gathering behind Clarke, was the unexpected beneficiary of the red jersey, removing Michal Kwiatkowski from the best spot. Molard holds a 1:01 preferred standpoint over Kwiatkowski with Emanuel Buchmann in 3rd place at 1:08.
After Dimension Data at long last broke their dry season of WorldTour wins, EF Education First-Drapac were the main WorldTour group left missing a triumph at the most highest level.
