Olympic Day Archery Championship ’19: Day 1
MURREE: The 2 Day Olympic Day Archery Championship was inaugurated at an eventful opening ceremony at Sports Stadium, Bhurban Road Murree.
Players of all nine divisional teams of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Army, Wapda, Custom and Police were also present during the opening ceremony.
The Director General Sports Punjab informed that more sports events will be organized for youth at Murree in August. Also informed that Sports Board Punjab has recently organized swimming championship in Gujrat, Snooker and Table Tennis events at Lahore.
It’s pertinent to mention here that Olympic Day Archery Championship is being organised under the joint arrangements of SBP – Sports Board Punjab and PAA – Punjab Archery Association.
