The 18th Women’s and 57 Men’s Open National Swimming Championship concluded with 12 events (6 x Women and 6 x Men) being held on the final day.

The highlight of the event was young and thriving swimmer, Mr Muhammad Amaan Sidiqui broking the 26 years old National records of 400 M Freestyle made by Kamal Salaman Masud. He also established two more National records, in 400 IM and 800 Freestyle categories.

In the Women’s events, Jehanara Nabo was the star with (5 x Gold Medals and 1 x New National record.
