The USTA United States Tennis Association has decided to keep the world rank 35 Guido Pella of Argentina, and the world rank 94 Hugo Dellien of Bolivia away from the WSO Western and Southern Open 2020 tournament. The decision was taken after their physiotherapist Juan Manuel Galvan tested positive for the corona virus.

Although Pella and Dellien have tested negative for four times since entering the bio secure bubble in New York but the rules and regulations does not allow a player to participate in tournament if any of his or her teammate show positive test report for COVID-19.
