Fallon Sherrock made history in London to become the first-ever female darter to win a mixed match at the PDC World Championship.
The 25-year-old from England made a stunning comeback and went from trailing 2-1 to leading 2-3 by landing inside the double 18 to conclude her turn against Ted Evetts.
Sherrock was absolutely delighted to claim the historic win and termed it a great millstone for female players in the competitive darting sport.
The ecstatic crowd also didn’t hold back and festively cheered for the history-making winner.
Sherrock is one of the only two females to qualify in the male-dominated pool of 96 players.
