Van Der Breggen Anna was the runner up of La Course 2018, and this allowed her to take the top rank from Van Vleuten who came first in the race.

Bastianelli Marta broke into the top 10 after Pieters Amy lost her rank and moved to the 11th position. Other significant upgrades were of Brennauer Lisa, Wiebes Lorena and Garfoot Katrin whoa are now placed at 16th, 20th and 22nd position respectively.

Team Cycling Rankings – Women

Boels Dolmans Cyclingteam retained its rank at the top of the Women’s cycling rankings followed by Mithelton Scott and Team Sunweb, who are placed at 2nd and 3rd position respectively. Ale Cipollini experienced an upgrade as it replaced Cervelo Bigla to place itself at the 4th position.

Other significant upgrades wer of Astana Women’s Team and Aromitalia Vaiano who are now placed at 12th and 26th place respectively.
