DOMINICA: On the third day of the third test between Pakistan and West Indies,  West Indian batsman Roston Chase got  retired hurt as the hosts crawled to 218 for five on Friday.

Roston Chase fought through to make a half-century before retiring hurt

Chase, the best West Indies batsman by far in the series, reached 60 before being struck on the elbow by a short ball from Mohammad Amir at Windsor Park in Roseau.

Despite that  injury, West Indies played themselves into a reasonable position at stumps , although they were still 158 behind Pakistan’s first-innings score of 376, far from safety with two days left in the deciding test of the series, which is tied at 1-1.

From Pakistan , Yasir Shah was prominent baller picking up three wickets in 33 overs he bowled.
