La Liga

Eight more matches were decided in the Spanish top league on Matchday 32 of 38. Two matches will be played on 1st May to complete the Matchday list. There were no surprises this time as both the top teams, Barcelona and Real Madrid returned to the winning ways after losing their last matches against lowly placed opponents.

Ligue 1

 It was the first day of Matchday 33 of 38 in France’s top league. Eight matches were played. There were surprises as PSG and Monaco lost against lower ranked opponents. Two matches will be played today in order to complete Matchday – 33.
